With up to 50,000 people moving into the Orlando area
per year, the city has experienced an upsurge in condo
activity, according to Owen Beitsch of Real Estate Research
Consultants. Since December 2004, thirteen condominium
projects have either been proposed or are currently
under construction in the downtown area.
