Housing sales still growing strong
in Orlando. |
Housing sales are still
strong in Orlando due to the job growth and search for
lower housing prices and less traffic congestion throughout
the state notably Southern Florida. Other factors include
popular entertainment attractions such as Sea World and
Disney World. With 800 people a day moving to the area,
developers are trying to keep up with demand with many
new projects proposed and under construction. Most developments
are near work and recreational sources such as golfcourses,
parks, restaurants and new shopping.
